Job Title: Manager, Enterprise Analytics
Location: Memorial Hermann Health System, Houston, TX
100% On- Site
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 annually + 10-20% bonus

About the Role:
Memorial Hermann is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Analytics to lead our Data Engineering team. You will oversee the design and optimization of data systems that drive business decisions.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
Experience:
- 7+ years in data analytics, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Healthcare experience required.
- Strong skills in cloud platforms and data engineering.
