Job Description: The Contractor shall provide Board Certified Otolaryngology Physician Services on site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Columbia VA Health Care System.

Location: COLUMBIA VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM

- US Citizen
-Board Certified American Board of Otolaryngology
• BLS
• ACLS

Compensation: $140 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: AM (08:00 - 16:30), 5 X 8s • 40 hrs / Week, 8 hrs / Day
