Sr. Finance Coordinator needed in Newport Beach, CA
The Sr. Clinical Research Finance Coordinator assist with staff training, works closely with the USC finance team maintaining Contract and Budget Amendments, assist with Oversight of the USC invoice process for Phase 1 research, developing Hoag’s USC Internal budgets, tracking USC invoicing and USC study payments.
Location: Hospital in Newport Beach, CA

Location: Hospital in Newport Beach, CA
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience and minimum of two plus (2+) years clinical research experience
- 5+ yrs accounting experience in a healthcare setting (with larger organization and also mid-size private organizations)
- Experience with budget negotiations
- Solid exp. budgeting for clinical research
- Exp with startups
Compensation: $45/hr
Schedule Notes: 8:30 am – 5pm (40 hrs a week) Remote ok, preferably on-site if local. We would like to request if acceptable for the staff to work onsite for the first initial weeks to get oriented.
