Job Description: Servsafe knowledge, food handling, experience with first in/first out and expiration dates on food, knowledge of food storage in a fridge and freezer, food temperatures, proper sectioning and storage of meats and other foods, inventory experience, comfortable with recipes and knowing which ingredients need to be ordered for the cooks.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CA Driver's License
- Serve®Safe Certified Food Handler
Schedule: 40 hrs a week, 13 week initial duration - Must be available to work various shifts as business requires.
