Job Description:
-Servesafe knowledge, food handling, experience with first in/first out and expiration dates on food, knowledge of food storage in a fridge and freezer, food temperatures, proper sectioning and storage of meats and other foods, inventory experience comfortable with recipes and knowing which ingredients need to be ordered for the cooks.
***This role is a Food Service related role. Requires food service related skills such as inventory, stocking, expiration dates, proper food placement and knowledge of recipe ingredients.

**Please make sure you have the following required skills and experience before applying (only accepting qualified candidates)**:
-One-two years of inventory experience in a hospital environment and knowledge of the functionality and use of automated inventory control systems.

Licenses:
-Valid California driver’s license required
-Serve®Safe Certified Food Handler.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
